Reports can be submitted through any of the following channels. All submissions are reviewed by the Compliance Officer, independent of operational management.
No individual who raises a concern in good faith will face any form of retaliation, demotion, dismissal, or adverse treatment. This protection is unconditional.
The identity of all reporters is protected to the fullest extent possible. Reports are handled by a restricted circle and never disclosed without explicit consent.
Every report is acknowledged within 5 business days and investigated thoroughly. Outcomes are communicated to the reporting party wherever legally permissible.
